The company is led by co-owner Randy Erskine, a licensed builder and University of Michigan alumnus who committed himself to the construction trades immediately after graduation. For over 25 years, Randy has delivered premier residential and commercial services across Oakland County, Michigan, and the surrounding communities. Randy brings an extraordinary breadth of experience to every job site, including:

• Commercial Services: Extensive experience providing restaurant maintenance, commercial renovations, and facility servicing.

• Residential Contracting: Overseeing both large-scale and small home improvements, specializing in kitchen and bath.
